Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

The Oficial Trailer to Harry Potter series' second to the last installment is now out.



Harry Potter is definitely my favorite series of all. One series I am sooo looking forward to (watched all in the big screen, read some books). I didn't watch LOTR (not even one movie, even if we have the whole series in the house) because of my loyalty to Rowling. I have the Book 6 but I haven't read it. I'm still contemplating in reading it first then watch the movie but I always get disappointed after watching the movie (I tend to compare it with the book and as expected got me frustrated).

This got me really excited! Can't wait for November!

iWant-NOT!

I made a post on iPhone's 3G before it's 11th of July launch in the US. I was so excited then because 1.) They are planning to sell the phone at a standard rate of USD $199 around the globe and 2.) Globe will be carrying the brand so I don't need to get it overseas or have it opened in Greenhills in order to use it.

Just today, I read an article from Inquirer and it said "Globe to sell iPhone 3G locally starting at P41,899 " HUWHAT?!

"The prepaid kit of the 8-Gb version of the much-anticipated phone is priced at P41,899, while the 16-Gb version costs P48,899. Both units, to be sold locally beginning August 22, come with free short messaging service load of P200 for five months."

What happened to the P8,000 peysoseses i thought it would priced? KEBS na ang iPHONE!

Something Good on a Manic Monday Morning

Food For The Soul

Riding the MRT as we all know means "everyday struggle not to waste all your saved energy from resting the whole night in the morning by just riding the train". This is an ordinary thing for me now, the price I have to pay for living in QC and working in the far end of Makati. :)

But this morning is just different, apart from the usual pushing and shoving (which i master by now,btw) they are playing Food for the Soul by Chowking! Music to my ears, really. Every station they would play either a short story (and relates a life's lesson after) or quote a passage from the Bible worth reflecting. Shushal,davah? ;)) In fairness, I think this worked well especially in the morning since you have something good to think about to start the morning positively. I also noticed quiet ride this morning, maybe all of us in the girls' car are busy reflecting. Yun nga lang, pag everyday mo maririnig yun baka back to jungle na ulit. But i won't focused on that, see I'm a positive girl now.

But not long before i received these..

Cracks me up coz I can totally relate to it. :o)
