"If you had the chance, just one chance, to go back and fix what you did wrong in life, would you take it? And if you did, would you be big enough to stand it?" - Mitch Albom, For One More Day

This is the latest book I just started reading and it's so nice I have to blog it. I first heard about
Mitch Albom during college when I had a porfessor who raves about him. I read
Tuesdays with Morrie a year after graduating and it really touched my heart. After that I was able to read
The Five People You Meet In Heaven and its beautiful story almost made me cry. (The only book that made me cry is the Purpose Driven Life and some parts on Leo Buscaglia's Living, Loving and Learning (i was broken hearted then) ).
Now back to the book, I learned about it when I was searching National Bookstore's website bec i was looking for a book worth P300 for our exchage gift this Christmas. I was planning to ask for a book kasi. And so I read about
For One More Day, synopsis pa lang nakakaintriga na. My Nanay is my soft spot, anything about Nanays could make me cry. :(
And so i wanna have the book, and since i can't wait 'til exchange gift to have this, I asked my sister last weekend when were at the bookstore to give it to me as christmas present which she obliged. I usually read it while going to the office and in the train going home. Right now I'm at the latter part of the story and I can't put it down I wanna finish it. (I actually have another book in mind to buy after this..)
And here's the catch, Oprah also raves about this book that he guested Mitch Albom in her show to promote this and she actually produced a TV version of it to be aired this December. (Oprah first produced Tuesdays With Morrie which won an Emmy award).
