Crossroad

If this is what He has planned, then I am ready for it. I won't take it against anyone. I should not let it overcome my spirit.

Today I may say that I'm a totally different person. A lot of things has happened and has been happening lately. Some aren't easy to accept and even comprehend. Most of them has brought shock and denial in me. For now I am keeping myself strong and that's few of the things I am very proud of myself. Life ain't going to be sweet and easy for me as I wished before, and I have come to accept that. I think that's what really matters, for now.
Lord, help me.
It is with acceptance that I learned how to be strong. Life goes on for me..

Today I learned...

I enjoy eating pineapple core than the fruit itself, that's another weird thing about me. And I just learned today that excessive consumption of fibrous pineapple core can result in fiber balls collecting in the digestive track. Yikes! :)

Confessions Part 2

1. My first course in college was preparatory to Dentistry (pre-Dent), I took it for two years and then shifted to Psychology after.
2. I have a sweet tooth. Anything sweet makes me happy.
3. I love pink and purple.
4. I work as a recruitment officer in an IT Consulting firm in Makati.
5. My dream job would be anything that will allow me to travel a lot for free.
6. I broke an arm when I was ten from falling off a bicycle. My Nanay just took me to a manghihilot and I was A-okay after. I think it's a little deformed up to now tho.
7. I'm craving for Banana Leaf's clam in curry sauce right now.
8. I also love Super Bowl's scallops in schezuan sauce (extra spicy). (edit: I treat my mother to taste it and she loved it too!)
9. No trip to Enchanted Kingdom would be complete without riding the Space Shuttle.
10. Anything that involves heights and speed excites me. I wanna go to amusement parks!
11. Sun cellular works better for me than Globe. I still use my globe number though. I lost my loyalty to globe after they stopped the P10/day text unlimited promo. Ayt?
12. I am chismosa. I would always check www.pep.ph for local showbiz chika and www.showbiz.sky.com for news abroad. Because of pep I don't have to watch weekend showbiz chismis on tv.
13. We have a console table in our house filled with family pictures. All of my pamangkins have solo framed pictures there. I used to have my grad pic, somebody must've put it away. Right now I only have one picture there, with mother and my kuya during his wedding.
14. When I resigned at Philamlife before, I made a scrapbook and asked my close firends and supervisors there to write something about me. I also put our pictures together. What made that scrapbook special is that I asked the president of Philam Properties to also write something there. I became close to him since then, we used to be textmate for months after leaving the company.
15. The last movie I saw was the Transformers at Greenbelt 3 with Achernar. Didn't enjoyed the movie tho'. I left my Php 340 change from the lemonade stall and Achernar lost his Php100 worth of stored value MRT ticket. Talk about curse of the Megatron!
16. Next movie to watch: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix with Butets. I wanna watch it in Gateway's Globe Platinum Cinema. Must be special cause I've been waiting for this movie! (edit: that'll be tomorrow na) (re-edit: Globe platinum cinema was sold out the whole day. Note to self: Next time I should buy the ticket in advance para di makakontra date ko) ;p.)
17. My zodiac is Libra; they say Libra are pretty and brainy. Hahahahahah :)
18. I've had a minor operation two years ago that involved a local anaesthesia, a scalpel and a lump as big as a thumb. I have to undergo the knife again pretty soon. (veeery anxious abt it) :(
19. I sang Superstar by Jamelia in a comic bar with my cousin Aize, it was a song and dance number with the 3 gay hosts. Lakasan lang ng loob yan. Heheh
20. In videoke I would always sing Part of Your World. My music lib also has it and I would sing it with my pamangkins.
